One Sunday afternoon we took a drive up toward Augusta to the Gibson Dam and the Sun River Canyon. It was a beautiful drive.
We stopped for a picnic, and wouldn't you know, we were caught in a downpour!!! Not to complain though, since there were so many forest fires in the state.
It was somewhat smoky, but still awsome scenery. We will go back next summer before the fire season starts.
